According to the invention, when the inspection robot body rapidly turns, the counterweight box, the counterweight liquid and the sealing plate move under the influence of the turning centrifugal force of the inspection robot body, and when the counterweight liquid moves, the counterweight liquid flows into the other corrugated pipe from one corrugated pipe through the guide pipe, so that the weight distribution of the counterweight box is changed; therefore, the weight distribution of the inspection robot body is changed, centrifugal force generated when the inspection robot body rapidly turns is resisted, the inspection robot body can rapidly turn, the walking speed of the inspection robot body during inspection is increased, the inspection robot body can rapidly reach an inspection site, and the inspection efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及机器人技术领域,且公开一种配重结构及轮式巡检机器人,包括配重箱,所述配重箱的内部分别开设有两个腔体,两个所述腔体的内壁均固定连接有波纹管。本发明,当巡检机器人本体在快速过弯的时候,配重箱、配重液体与密封板受到巡检机器人本体过弯的离心力影响而移动,在配重液体在移动的时候,配重液通过导管从一个波纹管内流入另一个波纹管内,以改变配重箱的重量分布,进而改变巡检机器人本体的重量分布,对抗巡检机器人本体快速过弯时产生的离心力,使得巡检机器人本体可以快速过弯,进而提高巡检机器人本体在巡检时行走的速度,使得巡检机器人本体可以快速到达巡检地点,进而巡检效率。
