    本发明提供一种直流液冷充电电缆及其制备方法,涉及电动汽车充电电缆技术领域,电缆包括两根动力线,两根动力线之间空隙分别设置保护线和回液管,两根动力线和保护线之间空隙处均设置辅助动力线,两根动力线和回液管之间空隙处分别设置控制线和信号线,动力线、保护线、辅助动力线、控制线、信号线、回液管的空隙处设置填充件,动力线、保护线、辅助动力线、控制线、信号线、回液管、填充件经包带绕包构成线芯组,线芯组外套设外护套。本发明通过在导体内部设置中空管道和回液管,采用液冷技术使电缆导体在充电过程中保持较低的温度,克服导体发热对充电桩、充电电缆的损伤,从而实现对电动汽车大功率快速充电能力,来缩短电动汽车充电时间。
