The invention relates to the field of coating processing, in particular to a preparation method of a light alloy hub end face with an impact-resistant and wear-resistant coating, which comprises the following steps: 1) preparing wear-resistant coating raw material mixed powder; and (2) the powder in the step (1) is put into a cold spraying powder feeder, and a coating is prepared through cold spraying equipment. And 3) carrying out heat treatment on the obtained coating. And (4) the coating obtained in the step (3) is machined into a cylinder with threads on the side face. And (5) a circle of groove is machined in the side face of the cylindrical coating with the threads obtained in the step (4). And (6) a threaded hole is punched in the position, needing to be provided with the impact-resistant and wear-resistant coating, of the end face of the hub, and a circle of groove is machined in the side face of the threaded hole. And (7) the obtained coating with the threads is put into the threaded hole obtained in the step (6) to be fixed. And (8) a metal repairing agent is injected into a gap between the coating and the threaded hole until the groove is filled with the metal repairing agent. And (9) the hub with the wear-resistant coating obtained in the step (8) is subjected to room-temperature curing. The coating prepared through the method is high in bonding strength with the hub and long in service life.

    本申请涉及涂层加工领域,特别涉及一种具有抗冲击耐磨涂层的轻合金轮毂端面制备方法,包括:1)耐磨涂层原材料混合粉末配制。2)将步骤1)的粉末放入冷喷涂送粉器,采用冷喷涂设备制备涂层。3)将获得的涂层进行热处理。4)将步骤3)获得的涂层加工成侧面带螺纹的圆柱状。5)将在步骤4)获得的带螺纹的圆柱状涂层侧面加工出一圈凹槽。6)对轮毂端面需要做抗冲击耐磨涂层的位置进行打螺纹孔加工,并且在螺纹孔的侧面加工出一圈凹槽。7)将获得的带螺纹涂层放入步骤6)获得的螺纹孔中固定。8)将金属修补剂注入涂层与螺纹孔的间隙中,直至凹槽被填满。9)将步骤8)获得的带耐磨涂层的轮毂进行室温固化。该方法制备的涂层与轮毂的结合强度高,使用寿命长。
