A magnetic card reader is installed on an inspection robot, a magnetic landmark card is installed on a charging pile or near the charging pile to serve as a positioning point, the coordinates of the charging pile are calibrated through magnetic positioning, and then the change rate of the difference value between the current current and the normal charging current is calculated in real time in the movement process of returning charging through the inspection robot.
