The invention provides an expressway traffic state prediction method and device, and the method comprises the steps: dividing a target expressway segment into a plurality of regional road segments according to the converging and shunting features of the expressway segment, and determining the features and event states of the road segments; based on the road section characteristics corresponding to each regional road section, a traffic flow detector and a flow prediction model are used to acquire the traffic flow density and/or the flow prediction value of each regional road section; determining traffic flow parameters based on the event state and historical traffic data of each regional road section; based on the traffic flow parameters and the predicted flow increment, predicted by the flow prediction model, of each regional road section, determining a predicted density value of each regional road section by using a regional traffic flow evolution formula; and comparing the predicted density value with a critical density value in the traffic flow parameters, and determining a predicted traffic state of each regional road section. Through the method, the comprehensiveness and reliability of data acquisition and the accuracy of traffic state prediction are improved.

    本申请提供了一种高速公路交通状态的预测方法及预测装置,所述预测方法包括:根据高速公路段的合流与分流特征,将目标高速公路段划为多个区域路段并确定路段特征和事件状态;基于每个区域路段对应的路段特征,利用交通流检测器和流量预测模型,获取每个区域路段的交通流密度和/或流量预测值;基于每个区域路段的事件状态和历史交通数据确定交通流参数;基于交通流参数以及由流量预测模型预测的每个区域路段的预测流量增量,利用区域交通流演化公式确定每个区域路段的预测密度值;将预测密度值和交通流参数中的临界密度值进行比较,并确定每个区域路段的预测交通状态。通过上述方法,提高了数据采集的全面性和可靠性以及预测交通状态的准确性。
