When the pushing oil cylinder pushes the supporting block to move downwards till the supporting block abuts against the steel rail, the clamping claw of the rail grabbing block abuts against the bottom of the groove of the steel rail, the rail grabbing device can bear pressure and pull force, and through the technical scheme, the rail grabbing device has the advantages that safety is improved, and cost and operation difficulty are reduced.
