The invention relates to the technical field of train air conditioner control, in particular to an urban rail train air conditioner control method and system based on an FPGA, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the two-dimensional coordinate information of passengers in each compartment in the operation process of an urban rail train, and the return air temperature and return air humidity at the air port of each unit air conditioning unit in each compartment; constructing a distribution concentration degree and an air density uniformity degree, and based on the distribution concentration degree and the air density uniformity degree, obtaining ventilation adjustment force in each compartment at each sampling moment; the change condition of the ventilation adjustment strength in each compartment is analyzed to determine a ventilation demand coefficient, then the ventilation adjustment weight of each compartment at the current moment is determined, and the fresh air demand quantity in each compartment at the current moment is obtained by combining the number of passengers in each compartment at the current moment and the difference between the maximum fresh air volume and the minimum fresh air volume preset by each passenger; and the fresh air volume of the air conditioner in each compartment of the urban rail train is controlled through the FPGA processor. According to the invention, the fresh air volume in the compartment can be accurately controlled.
