The invention relates to the technical field of offshore oil engineering facilities, in particular to a connecting joint for an FPSO upper module and a connecting method of the connecting joint. The connecting joint comprises cross beams and longitudinal beams which are perpendicularly and fixedly arranged in a staggered mode, stand columns are fixedly connected to the tops of the cross beams, and leg columns are fixedly connected to the bottoms of the cross beams; inclined struts are fixedly connected to the vertical planes of the cross beams, the longitudinal beams and the stand columns, supporting parts are fixedly arranged at the bottoms of the inclined struts, the cross beam webs and the longitudinal beam webs are connected through the fixing plates, a stable triangular structure is formed among the cross beam webs, the longitudinal beams and the fixing plates, external loads and deformation can be effectively resisted, and therefore the overall stability of the whole upper module is enhanced; the cross beam and the longitudinal beam are effectively prevented from bending, twisting and other deformation when stressed, the integrity and stability of the structure are ensured, the limiting block is arranged at one end of the inclined strut insertion plate to increase the contact area with the stand column, the supporting part arranged in a sliding mode can flexibly conduct position adjustment on the cross beam or the longitudinal beam, and fine adjustment is conducted according to the actual stress condition of the inclined strut.

    本发明涉及海洋石油工程设施技术领域,具体涉及一种用于FPSO上部模块的连接节点及其连接方法,包括交错垂直固定设置的横梁和纵梁,横梁顶部固定连接有立柱,横梁底部固定连接有腿柱,横梁和纵梁与立柱的垂直平面上均固定连接有斜撑,斜撑底部固定设置有支撑部,通过设置固定板连接横梁腹板和纵梁腹板,三者之间形成了一个稳固的三角形结构,能够有效抵抗外部荷载和变形,从而增强整个上部模块的整体稳定性,有效防止横梁和纵梁在受力时发生弯曲、扭转等变形,确保结构的完整性和稳定性,斜撑插入板一端设置限位块增大与立柱的接触面积,滑动设置的支撑部能够灵活地在横梁或纵梁上进行位置调整,根据斜撑的实际受力情况进行微调。
