Comprising electric power systems which are designed on the two sides of the dredger and are the same in design, the dredger is provided with double rakes, double underwater dredge pumps and double in-cabin dredge pumps, meanwhile, the functions of single-double pump bow blowing, single bow spraying bank arrangement and reserved backfilling are designed, the maximum digging depth of 120 meters and the maximum row spacing of 10 kilometers are achieved, and the dredger is a drag suction dredger with the strongest Asian comprehensive capacity at present. The scale, layout and configuration of the power system are determined by comprehensively considering factors such as dredging working conditions, geographical environments, load conditions, power supply, energy consumption and environmental protection requirements and designing for meeting existing and future load requirements, and different power distribution control modes are provided for different working conditions, so that the power distribution control system is suitable for different working conditions. The power reserve allowance of the marine main engine is fully utilized, the purpose of saving energy is achieved, the shaft generator is adopted for supplying power, the power type of the shaft generator is in a composite transmission mode, and the shaft generator has the advantages of being good in operation economy, low in maintenance cost, capable of improving the environment of a cabin and the like.

    本发明涉及一种多工况电力系统综合控制技术。包括设计在船舶两边上的、设计相同的电力系统,本船配置了双耙、双水下泥泵和双舱内泥泵,同时设计了单双泵艏吹、单艏喷排岸和预留回填功能,具备最大120米挖深和最大10公里排距,是目前亚洲综合能力最强的耙吸挖泥船。本发明中通过综合考虑挖泥工况、地理环境、‌负荷情况、‌电源供给、‌能源消耗、‌环保要求等因素,‌以及为满足现有和未来负荷需求的设计,从而‌确定电力系统的规模、‌布局和配置,针对不同作业工况具有不同配电控制模式,充分利用了船舶主机的功率储备裕量,达到了节能的目的,采用轴带发电机供电,其动力型式采用复合传动形式,具有运行经济性好、维护成本低及改善机舱的环境等优点。
