The invention relates to the technical field of hydraulic pressure, and discloses a multi-working-condition pressure control hydraulic system, an electric tower material transport vehicle and a control method. The multi-working-condition pressure control hydraulic system comprises an oil tank, a load-sensitive variable pump, a plurality of working condition control valve banks, a switching valve bank and a control module. The load-sensitive variable pump is connected with the oil tank through an oil supply path; the switching valve group is provided with a pressure oil inlet, a pressure oil return port and a plurality of pressure oil outlets, the pressure oil inlet is connected with the oil outlet end of the load-sensitive variable pump through an oil supply path, the pressure oil return port is connected with the oil tank through an oil return path, and the plurality of pressure oil outlets are respectively connected with the corresponding working condition control valve groups through oil supply paths; the control module controls corresponding pressure oil outlets in the switching valve set to be opened and meanwhile controls the load-sensitive variable pump to supply hydraulic oil with corresponding pressure. The pressure requirements of different working conditions for hydraulic oil are met, one pump has multiple purposes, the system is simplified, the cost is reduced, and the response speed is high.

    本申请涉及液压技术领域,公开一种多工况压力控制液压系统、电力塔材运输车及控制方法。多工况压力控制液压系统包括油箱、负载敏感变量泵、多个工况控制阀组、切换阀组和控制模组;负载敏感变量泵与油箱通过供油油路连接;切换阀组设有压力油进口、压力油回油口和多个压力油出口,压力油进口与负载敏感变量泵的出油端通过供油油路连接,压力油回油口与油箱通过回油油路连接,多个压力油出口分别与相应的工况控制阀组通过供油油路连接;控制模组控制切换阀组中对应的压力油出口开启,同时控制负载敏感变量泵供应对应压力的液压油。本申请实现了不同工况对液压油的压力需求,实现一泵多用,简化了系统,降低了成本,响应速度快。
