The invention discloses a rotary cushion valve, a hydraulic system and engineering machinery. The rotary cushion valve is characterized in that an oil port P1 of a reversing control valve, an oil port P2 of the reversing control valve and an inlet of a bypass control valve are respectively connected with a valve body oil port P; a working oil port A and a working oil port B of the reversing control valve are connected to the two ends of the rotary motor respectively, an oil port P3 of the reversing control valve is connected with a valve body oil return port T, and an oil return port T of the reversing control valve is connected with the valve body oil return port T through a back pressure valve; an outlet of the bypass control valve is connected with a valve body oil return port T; the control end of the bypass control valve is connected with an oil return port T of the reversing control valve; and the bypass control valve is used for reducing the impact when the rotary system is started through bypass shunting control. The rotary speed impact caused by too large flow entering the rotary motor during starting is avoided, it is guaranteed that the requirement for the maximum flow of the started rotary motor is not affected, starting stability is improved, and meanwhile the rotary motor has the advantages of being simple in valve element structure, high in response speed and the like.

    本发明公开一种回转缓冲阀、液压系统及工程机械,回转缓冲阀包括:换向控制阀的油口P1、换向控制阀的油口P2和旁通控制阀的进口分别连接阀体油口P;换向控制阀的工作油口A、工作油口B分别连接在回转马达的两端,换向控制阀的油口P3连接阀体回油口T,换向控制阀的回油口T通过背压阀连接阀体回油口T;旁通控制阀的出口连接阀体回油口T;旁通控制阀的控制端连接换向控制阀的回油口T;旁通控制阀用于通过旁通分流控制降低回转系统启动时的冲击。本发明既避免了启动时因进入回转马达的流量过大导致的回转速度冲击,又保证了启动后的回转马达最大流量需求不受影响,提升了启动平稳性,同时,具有阀芯结构简单,响应速度快等特点。
