The invention provides a traffic flow prediction method based on space-time decomposition and an attention mechanism. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, decomposing original traffic flow data into a low-frequency trend item and a high-frequency event item through Fourier transform and inverse transform thereof, and introducing time embedded information to enhance the expression ability of time sequence characteristics; secondly, for a trend term, constructing a trend processing branch by using time convolution, a time attention module and a trend category learning module, and emphatically extracting trend information of a single node; for an event item, a time convolution and multi-time slice space attention gating module is adopted, an event processing branch is constructed, and event influence and spatial dependence between different nodes are emphasized to be captured. And finally, performing weighted fusion on the features of the trend item and the event item through an adaptive fusion module to obtain a more accurate and robust traffic flow prediction result. The method can improve the prediction precision while effectively processing the spatio-temporal information, and is suitable for flow prediction in a complex traffic scene.

    本发明提出了一种基于时空分解和注意力机制的交通流量预测方法。该方法包括以下步骤:首先,通过傅里叶变换及其逆变换,将原始交通流量数据分解为低频的趋势项和高频的事件项,并引入时间嵌入信息以增强时序特征的表达能力。其次,针对趋势项,利用时间卷积、时间注意力模块以及趋势类别学习模块,构建趋势处理分支,重点提取单个节点的趋势信息。针对事件项,采用时间卷积和多时间片空间注意力门控模块,构建事件处理分支,侧重捕捉不同节点之间的事件影响和空间依赖性。最后,通过自适应融合模块,将趋势项和事件项的特征进行加权融合,得到更为准确和鲁棒的交通流量预测结果。该方法在有效处理时空信息的同时,能够提升预测精度,适用于复杂交通场景下的流量预测。
