The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle flight route planning method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring route use information reported when an airspace user applies for a route, the route use information comprising a route point position, use start time and end time; generating an application airspace grid code for the declared airline use information based on a preset airspace rule; performing data comparison on the applied airspace grid code and an approved airspace grid code in a corresponding time range; and if the application airspace grid code corresponding to the airline use information does not exist in the corresponding time range in the current database, the application can be normally submitted, and the airline use information and the corresponding application airspace grid code are stored in the database. Whether the airline conflict exists or not is verified through the airspace grid code, the airline conflict risk is recognized in advance, the airspace user can complete the airline approval submitting process as soon as possible, and meanwhile the airspace manager can be assisted in conducting risk filtering on airspace airline approval.
