The invention provides an intelligent inspection method for redundancy of an aircraft fuel system pipeline, and belongs to the technical field of aircraft assembly detection. The intelligent inspection method for the redundancy of the aircraft fuel system pipeline is realized based on a designed automatic detection workbench, a spherical detector is emitted into the aircraft fuel system pipeline through the automatic detection workbench, and a miniature high-precision positioning module is arranged in the detector and is used for judging whether the redundancy exists in the aircraft fuel system pipeline or not; and the redundant materials can be accurately positioned in the pipeline. Opening and closing control is carried out through the workbench electric gate valve, the detection process efficiency is improved, the labor intensity of operators is relieved, and meanwhile instability of manual operation is avoided; the detection accuracy is high, and the internal working state of the workbench can be accurately judged through real-time communication between the sensor and the control system; according to the invention, the judgment and detection of redundant substances can be comprehensively realized, and the detection error is avoided.

    本发明提供一种飞机燃油系统管路多余物智能检查方法,属于飞机装配检测技术领域。所述的飞机燃油系统管路多余物智能检查方法基于设计的自动化检测工作台实现,通过自动化检测工作台向飞机燃油系统管路中发射球型探测器,探测器内部设置有微型高精度定位模块,用于判别飞机燃油系统管路内是否存在多余物,且实现多余物在管路内的准确定位。本发明通过工作台电气闸阀进行开关控制,提高检测流程效率,减轻操作人员的劳动强度,同时避免了人为操作的不稳定性;检测准确度高,通过传感器和控制系统的实时通信,能够准确判断工作台内部工作状态;本发明能够全面实现多余物的判断和检测,避免了检测误差。
