The invention provides a fault detection system and a vehicle, the fault detection system comprises a plurality of conversion modules, a plurality of detection modules, a plurality of signal processing modules and a control module, and each conversion module can output a corresponding electric signal based on the connection state of a low-voltage detection connector; the plurality of detection modules receive the electric signals and output corresponding detection signals based on the electric signals; a plurality of signal processing modules receive the detection signals; and the control module receives the detection signals processed by the plurality of signal processing modules, and determines the on-off state of the high-voltage interlocking loop and the connection state of the plurality of low-voltage detection connectors based on the plurality of detection signals. According to the system, the connection state of the low-voltage detection connector can be converted into a high-low level detection signal which can be identified by the control module, so that the control module can accurately know the fault position and the on-off state of the high-voltage interlocking loop based on the detection signal, the detection and troubleshooting efficiency is improved, and the detection reliability is relatively high.
