The invention provides a fault detection system and a vehicle, the fault detection system comprises a plurality of conversion modules, a plurality of detection modules and a microcontroller, and each conversion module can output a corresponding electric signal based on the connection state of a low-voltage detection connector; the plurality of detection modules receive the electric signals and output corresponding detection signals based on the electric signals; and the microcontroller receives detection signals from the plurality of detection modules, and determines the on-off state of the high-voltage interlocking loop and the connection state of the plurality of low-voltage detection connectors based on the plurality of detection signals. According to the system, the connection state of the low-voltage detection connector can be converted into a high-low level detection signal which can be identified by the microcontroller, so that the microcontroller can accurately know the fault position and the on-off state of the high-voltage interlocking loop based on the detection signal, the detection and troubleshooting efficiency is improved, the detection reliability is relatively high, and the reliability is relatively high. The problem that the efficiency of eliminating faults of the high-voltage interlocking system is low is effectively solved, and certain safety is improved.

    本申请提供了一种故障检测系统以及车辆,故障检测系统包括多个转换模块、多个检测模块和微控制器,每一转换模块能够基于低压检测接插件的连接状态输出对应的电信号;多个检测模块接收电信号,并基于电信号输出对应的检测信号;微控制器接收来自多个检测模块的检测信号,微控制器基于多个检测信号确定高压互锁回路的通断状态以及多个低压检测接插件的连接状态。该系统能够将低压检测接插件的连接状态转化为微控制器可识别的高低电平检测信号,使得微控制器能够基于检测信号精准得知故障位置以及高压互锁回路的通断状态,提高了检测以及排查效率,检测可靠性较高,有效解决排除高压互锁系统故障的效率较低的问题,提高了一定的安全性。
