The invention discloses a whole-vehicle thermal management system of a pure electric vehicle based on a shell-and-tube phase change heat accumulator and a control method of the whole-vehicle thermal management system. The whole-vehicle thermal management system comprises a control module, a heat pump air conditioning system, an electric heating and phase change heat storage system, a battery thermal management system and an electric drive cooling system. The control module controls the rotating speed of the compressor and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve and adjusts refrigerant flow. The control module controls the rotating speed of each water pump and adjusts the cooling liquid flow; the control module controls the fan and the air blower to adjust the air flow, controls the on-off states of the four-way valves, the three-way valves and the one-way valves and adjusts circulation loops of refrigerants and cooling liquid, and therefore energy coupling between different systems and switching of different working modes are achieved. According to the invention, energy coupling and integrated management among the systems are realized, and the thermal management requirement is met with low energy consumption in multiple scenes.

    本发明公开了一种基于管壳式相变蓄热器的纯电动汽车整车热管理系统及其控制方法,整车热管理系统包括控制模块、热泵空调系统、电加热与相变蓄热系统、电池热管理系统和电驱动冷却系统;控制模块控制压缩机转速和电子膨胀阀开度,调节制冷剂流量;控制模块控制各水泵转速,调节冷却液流量;控制模块控制风扇和鼓风机调节空气流量,控制各四通阀、三通阀、单通阀的通断状态,调节制冷剂和冷却液的流通回路,从而实现不同系统间的能量耦合和不同工作模式的切换。本发明实现了各系统间的能量耦合和集成管理,在多场景下以低能耗满足热管理需求。
