The control system comprises an ignition switch, a battery management system (BMS), a motor controller (MCU), a battery charger (OBC), a direct current direct current (DCDC), an air bag controller (ACU) and an automobile event data recording system (EDR). The BMS module replaces part of functions of the VCU, logic implementation of all functions and detection of signals are directly input into the BMS through a CAN network or hard wire signals, the control system and the control method are higher in signal transmission rate and efficiency, the safety and reliability of high-voltage power-on and power-off of the whole vehicle are indirectly improved, and the control system and the control method are suitable for popularization and application. Meanwhile, the electric automobile comprising the control system and the control method is relatively low in cost and high in safety.

    本发明公开一种整车高压上下电的控制方法、系统以及汽车,此控制系统包括点火开关,电池管理系统(BMS),电机控制器(MCU),充电机(OBC),DCDC,气囊控制器(ACU),汽车事件数据记录系统(EDR)。BMS模块取代VCU部分功能,各功能逻辑的实现以及信号的检测全部由CAN网络或者硬线信号直接输入BMS,且本发明提出的控制系统以及控制方法各信号之间传递速率更快,效率更高,间接提升了整车高压上下电的安全性和可靠性,同时本发明提出的包含此控制系统以及控制方法的电动汽车单车成本相对较低,安全性较高。
