The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle route planning and dynamic management and control method for an urban low-altitude airspace, and relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicle route planning and dynamic management and control, and the method comprises the steps: dividing the low-altitude airspace into a basic flight layer, a buffer anti-collision layer and an emergency guarantee layer in the vertical direction; setting different air route grades and limitation rules in different areas in the horizontal direction; generating a basic airway network skeleton and performing structure optimization; obtaining the operation state and environment updating data of the unmanned aerial vehicle; semantic annotation is carried out on each leg and node in the basic airway network skeleton, and airspace regulations, supervision rules, flight limiting areas, temporary control areas and recommended flight corridor information are embedded into a semantic layer of the airway network; and inputting the basic airway network skeleton, the semantic annotation information and the real-time monitoring data into an urban low-altitude airspace management and decision-making platform. According to the invention, cooperative scheduling and avoidance among multiple unmanned aerial vehicles are realized, and the operation efficiency of an air route network and the cooperative work capability of the unmanned aerial vehicles are improved.

    本发明公开了一种面向城市低空空域的无人机航路规划与动态管控方法,涉及无人机航路规划与动态管控技术领域,包括:在低空空域垂直方向划分为基础飞行层、缓冲防撞层及紧急保障层;在水平方向将不同区域设置为不同的航路等级和限制规则;生成基础航路网络骨架并进行结构优化;获取无人机运行状态和环境更新数据;对基础航路网络骨架中每个航段、节点进行语义标注,将空域法规、监管规则、限飞区、临时管制区和推荐飞行走廊信息嵌入航路网络的语义层;将基础航路网络骨架、语义标注信息和实时监控数据输入城市低空空域管理与决策平台中。本发明实现多无人机之间的协同调度和避让,提升了航路网络的运行效率和无人机的协同工作能力。
