The invention discloses a power following energy management strategy for a hydrogen fuel cell automobile, which is characterized in that the power output of a fuel cell and a power cell is regulated and controlled through a fuzzy controller, the dynamic distribution of the power and the efficient utilization of the energy are realized, and the strategy is optimized according to the real-time power demand change rate of the automobile and the state parameters of the fuel cell. The power distribution of the fuel cell and the power cell is adjusted in real time, it is ensured that the vehicle meets the instantaneous power requirement under different working conditions such as acceleration, cruising and braking, the power cell serves as an auxiliary power source, extra electric energy is provided or excess energy is stored when the power requirement changes sharply, the load of the fuel cell is relieved, and the service life of the fuel cell is prolonged. By integrating an efficient energy recovery system, kinetic energy is recovered when the vehicle brakes or goes downhill, and is converted into electric energy to be stored in a power battery, so that the energy efficiency and the cruising ability of the vehicle are improved.
