The invention discloses a lightning protection system for trackside signal equipment of a non-electrified line. The lightning protection system is characterized in that signal cables connected with the trackside signal equipment are shielding cables; the through ground wire is arranged on a non-electrified circuit where the trackside signal equipment is located and is connected with an equipment ground net, and the shielding layer of each shielding cable is electrically connected with the through ground wire; the insulated lightning receiving needle is arranged at the top end of the high-column annunciator concrete pole and is positioned above the high-column annunciator; the sheath-equipped flame-retardant downlead of the insulated lightning arresting needle is sequentially connected with the lightning information recorder and the vertical grounding body, and is electrically connected with the through ground wire through the vertical grounding body. The transient potential difference suppression devices are arranged between the two tracks at intervals, and each transient potential difference suppression device is electrically connected with the two tracks; the shunting device is connected to a shielding cable of the sending-end trackside signal equipment; and the equipment box of each trackside signal equipment is a shielding equipment box. The system can effectively prevent lightning from damaging trackside signal equipment of a non-electrified railway line, and has a good protection effect.
本发明公开一种非电气化线路轨旁信号设备雷电防护系统,包括:各轨旁信号设备连接的信号电缆均采用屏蔽线缆;贯通地线设在轨旁信号设备所在非电气化线路,与设备地网连接,各屏蔽线缆的屏蔽层均与贯通地线电性连接;绝缘接闪针设在高柱信号机水泥杆顶端,处于高柱信号机上方;绝缘接闪针的带护套阻燃引下线依次连接雷电信息记录仪和垂直接地体,由垂直接地体与贯通地线电性连接;各瞬态电位差抑制装置间隔设在两条轨道之间,每个瞬态电位差抑制装置均与两条轨道电性连接;分流装置,连接送端轨旁信号设备的屏蔽线缆上;各轨旁信号设备的设备箱均采用屏蔽设备箱。该系统能有效防止雷电对非电气化铁路线路的轨旁信号设备损坏,起到很好的防护作用。
