The invention discloses a calculation method and device for a train running speed curve under vehicle-mounted monitoring, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a target speed limiting section of a train to be subjected to speed limiting from a first target speed limiting section to a second target speed limiting section; according to the first target speed limiting section and the second target speed limiting section, a calculation starting point is determined for the train to be subjected to speed limiting; starting from the calculation starting point, according to the preset handle position and the preset handle position conversion time, sequentially and reversely determining to-be-calculated data points before the calculation starting point for the to-be-limited train, and enabling the to-be-calculated data points not to cross the preset vehicle-mounted monitoring line; and calculating a speed value and a position mileage for each data point to be calculated according to the working condition information of the previous data point corresponding to each data point to be calculated and preset handle position conversion time, so as to determine a running speed curve for the train with the speed to be limited according to the speed values and the position mileages of the calculation starting point and each data point to be calculated. According to the technical scheme, the train control rule is better met, and the train transportation efficiency is improved.
