A device for preventing a traction steel cable from falling comprises two bottom plates hinged to each other, the upper portion of each bottom plate is provided with a group of bearing seats, each group of bearing seats is rotatably connected with a roll shaft, the steel cable crosses a coal pile under the guidance of the bearing seats and the roll shafts, a lead screw for adjusting the included angle of the two bottom plates is arranged between the two bottom plates, and a fixing rod is arranged on the outer side of each bottom plate. The two hinged bottom plates are placed at the top of a coal pile, so that the steel cable can leave the coal pile on the two sides of the coal pile and is prevented from falling into the coal pile, the outer contour diameter of each bearing seat is larger than the diameter of the roller shaft, and the steel cable can slide between the bearing seats on the two sides when bypassing the device, so that the steel cable can be prevented from being separated from the device; the rotating roll shaft can isolate the steel cable from the coal pile and prevent the steel cable from falling into the coal pile, sliding friction of the steel cable and the roll shaft is converted into rolling friction, friction force is greatly reduced, abrasion of the steel cable is reduced, the included angle of the two bottom plate supports can be adjusted through the lead screw, and the device can adapt to inclination angles of the tops of different coal piles. Meanwhile, the distance between the steel cable and the top of the coal pile can be adjusted, the steel cable is further prevented from making contact with the coal pile, the fixing rods are inserted into the coal pile, the device and the coal pile can be better fixed, and the device is prevented from shaking when pressed.

    一种牵引钢索防陷落的装置,包括相互铰接的两个底板,每个底板上部具有一组轴承座,每组轴承座中分别转动连接一个辊轴,钢索在轴承座和辊轴导向下越过煤堆,两个底板之间设有调节两个底板夹角的丝杠,每个底板外侧设有固定杆,相互铰接的两个底板放置在煤堆顶部,使得钢索在煤堆两侧都能离开煤堆,避免钢索陷入煤堆,每个轴承座的外轮廓直径大于辊轴的直径,钢索绕过本装置时,会在两侧的轴承座中间滑动,可以防止钢索脱离本装置,转动的辊轴不但可以使得钢索和煤堆隔离,避免钢索陷入煤堆,而且钢索和辊轴滑动摩擦转为滚动摩擦,大大减小了摩擦力,减小了钢索的磨损,丝杠可以调节两个底板支架夹角,使得本装置可以适应不同煤堆顶部的倾斜角,同时可以调整钢索和煤堆顶部的距离,进一步避免钢索和煤堆接触,固定杆插入到煤堆中,可以使得本装置和煤堆更好的固定,防止本装置受压时位置的晃动。
