The invention discloses a magnetic force adjusting device for a permanent magnet water lubricated bearing. The magnetic force adjusting device comprises a front retainer, a rear retainer and a magnetic conductive metal sheet, the cross section of the front retainer is in an arc shape, a flange is arranged at the front end of the front retainer, M axial clamping grooves are evenly distributed in the outer side face of the front retainer in the annular direction, and N magnetic conductive metal sheets are evenly distributed in each clamping groove in the axial direction. The structure and the shape of the rear retainer are the same as those of the front retainer, and the rear retainer and the front retainer are symmetrical front and back; and each magnetic conductive metal sheet is respectively made of metals with different magnetic conductivities. The front retainer, the rear retainer and the magnetic conductive metal sheet are designed in the permanent magnet water-lubricated bearing structure, so that the magnetic force and the uniformity of the permanent magnet water-lubricated bearing can be adjusted. According to the invention, the magnetic conductive metal sheet is designed according to the actual bearing magnetic steel boundary dimension, so that the bearing magnetic force deviation caused by the residual magnetism deviation of each piece of magnetic steel can be adjusted one by one.

    本发明公开了一种用于永磁水润滑轴承的磁力调节装置,包括前保持架、后保持架和导磁金属薄板;所述前保持架的横截面形状为圆弧形状,前保持架的前端为法兰,前保持架的外侧面沿环向均布M条轴向卡槽,每条卡槽内沿轴向均布N块导磁金属薄板;所述后保持架的结构和形状与前保持架的结构和形状相同,且与前保持架前后对称;每块导磁金属薄板由不同磁导率金属分别制成。本发明通过在永磁水润滑轴承结构中设计前保持架、后保持架和导磁金属薄板,可实现对永磁水润滑轴承磁力及其均匀性的调整。本发明通过将导磁金属薄板按照实际轴承磁钢外形尺寸设计,可实现对因每块磁钢剩磁偏差导致的轴承磁力偏差进行逐一调节。
