The rotary table is configured to rotate around the rotating axis along with driving of the pair of power wheel sets. The pair of power wheel sets is installed on the bracket and is symmetrically arranged along the rotating axis. A rotating shaft of the power wheel set is perpendicular to the rotating axis. The shock-proof structure is arranged between the bracket and the supporting table and comprises a plurality of shock-proof units which are arranged in parallel. The shock-absorbing unit is configured to buffer the supporting table in the axial direction of the rotary table. The shock-absorbing unit is arranged parallel to the rotation axis. According to the built-in suspension AGV steering wheel, the steering stability is guaranteed, and especially during high-speed turning, the steering function of the steering wheel is guaranteed.
