The invention discloses an explosion-proof film pasted outside a car window and a preparation method of the explosion-proof film. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a pre-coating solution from a polyurethane coating solution, an isocyanate curing agent, a metal chelate catalyst, a carboxyl remover, an ultraviolet absorbent and an ultraviolet stabilizer; coating the pre-coating liquid on the non-silicon release film, drying and curing, and compounding the non-silicon release film on the other side; preparing a second repair coating solution by using hydroxyl acrylate resin and an isocyanate curing agent, tearing off the non-silicon release film on one surface, coating the second repair coating solution, drying and curing to obtain a second repair layer, and compounding a protective film on the second repair layer; coating the release film with the mounting adhesive coating liquid, drying and curing to obtain a mounting adhesive layer, tearing off the non-silicon release film on the other side of the TPU film with the second repairing layer and the protective film, laminating with the mounting adhesive layer, and curing to obtain the high-strength non-silicon release film. The externally-pasted explosion-proof film for the vehicle window is good in attaching performance, excellent in explosion-proof effect, resistant to scraping of a windscreen wiper, not prone to deformation and aging and good in durability.

    本发明公开了一种车窗外贴防爆膜及其制备方法,方法步骤包括:将聚氨酯涂液与异氰酸酯固化剂、金属螯合物催化剂、羧基去除剂、紫外吸收剂和紫外稳定剂制得预涂液;将预涂液涂布在非硅离型膜上干燥固化后复合另一面非硅离型膜;用羟基丙烯酸酯树脂和异氰酸酯固化剂制备得秒修复涂液,将其中一面非硅离型膜撕除,涂布秒修复涂液,干燥固化后得秒修复层,在秒修复层上复合保护膜;将安装胶涂液涂布于离型膜上,干燥固化后得安装胶层,将具有秒修复层和保护膜的TPU膜上的另一面非硅离型膜撕掉,与安装胶层覆合,熟化制得。该车窗外贴防爆膜服贴性好、防爆效果优异,耐雨刮器刮擦不易变形,不易老化,耐久性好。
