The invention provides a sudden speed change behavior recognition method based on track data of an electric bicycle. The method comprises the following steps: 1) track data acquisition and cleaning: collecting the track data and cleaning missing and drifting data; 2) map matching: accurately mapping the trajectory data to an urban road network; 3) identifying the rapid speed change behaviors: dividing the rapid speed change behaviors into rapid acceleration, rapid deceleration, rapid starting and rapid braking by utilizing track kinematics characteristics, and extracting an acceleration threshold value through 85% or 15% quantile in statistics to calibrate a rapid speed change point so as to identify the rapid speed change behaviors; and 4) road network risk level division: based on the shared electric bicycle track data, counting the occurrence frequency of the sudden speed change behavior of each road section in one day, dividing risk levels according to the occurrence frequency, and displaying the road network risk level on a GIS map platform. According to the invention, the rapid speed change behavior is identified through the track kinematics features, and the precision and efficiency of rapid speed change detection are effectively improved.

    本发明提出一种基于电动自行车轨迹数据的急变速行为识别方法,包括以下步骤:1)轨迹数据获取与清洗:收集轨迹数据并清洗缺失和漂移的数据;2)地图匹配:精确地将轨迹数据映射到城市道路网络;3)急变速行为识别:利用轨迹运动学特征,将急变速行为分为急加速、急减速、急启动和急刹车,并通过统计学中的85%或15%分位数提取加速度阈值,以标定急变速点,进而识别急变速行为;4)路网风险水平划分:基于共享电动自行车轨迹数据,统计一天内各路段急变速行为的发生频次,并据此划分风险等级,在GIS地图平台上展示路网风险水平。本发明通过轨迹运动学特征识别急变速行为,有效地提高了急变速检测的精度和效率。
