According to the ADS-B track and video fusion scene aircraft detection method and device, complementarity of different monitoring sources can be fully utilized, targets which cannot be recognized by a single monitoring source in a wide-area large-scene airport monitoring video can be accurately detected, and powerful support is provided for subsequent automatic monitoring and control of an airport scene. The method comprises the steps that (1) conversion alignment and registration facing airport cross-modal data are carried out, an alignment and registration framework is constructed based on associated key indexes of three data sources including airport scene monitoring ADS-B, monitoring videos and flight plans, and the framework comprises initial screening matching pair construction, rough alignment fragment acquisition and frame-by-frame target point alignment; (2) according to the registered cross-modal data, constructing a feature set oriented to cross-modal cross attention, and designing a fusion model based on an attention mechanism; and (3) inputting a cross-mode fusion result into a target detection model, wherein the target detection model detects a target which cannot be recognized by a single image monitoring source.
ADS‑B轨迹与视频融合场面航空器检测方法及装置,能够充分利用不同监视源的互补性,准确检测广域大场景机场监视视频中单监视源无法识别的目标,为后续机场场面自动监视与管制提供有力支撑。方法包括:(1)面向机场跨模态数据的转换对齐与配准,基于机场场面监视ADS‑B、监视视频和飞行计划三种数据源的关联关键指标,构建一个对齐与配准框架,该框架包括:初始筛选匹配对构建,粗略对齐片段获取,逐帧目标点对齐;(2)依据配准后的跨模态数据,构建一个面向跨模交叉注意力的特征集,并设计一个基于注意力机制的融合模型;(3)将跨模融合结果输入一个目标检测模型,目标检测模型检测单图像监视源无法识别的目标。
