The invention provides an anchoring device of a translation type girder and a quay crane, the anchoring device is used for the quay crane, and the anchoring device comprises an anchoring seat provided with an anchoring pit; the anchoring assembly is arranged on the translation type girder and located above the anchoring seat, and the anchoring assembly is used for being matched with the anchoring seat to lock the translation type girder; wherein the anchoring assembly comprises an anchoring plate and a driving piece, the driving piece is used for driving the anchoring plate to move up and down, a rolling assembly capable of being opened or closed is arranged at the lower end of the anchoring plate, and the rolling assembly is used for being inserted into a corresponding anchoring pit below the rolling assembly for anchoring; the rolling assembly can abut against the bottom face of the anchoring pit and be opened so that the rolling assembly can be attached to the inner side face of the anchoring pit. The rolling assembly can be folded when the rolling assembly moves upwards to be separated from the anchoring pit. According to the anchoring device, the position can be automatically adjusted, the gap between the anchoring plate and the anchoring pit is effectively eliminated, the service life of the device is prolonged, and the operation precision and comfort of a quay crane cab driver are improved.
