The invention provides a folding arm gooseneck type quay crane girder manufacturing method, a quay crane girder comprises a front girder seaside section, a front girder landside section and a rear girder, and the method is characterized by comprising the steps that S1, measurement datum points are arranged on the front girder seaside section, the front girder landside section and the rear girder respectively; s2, using a straightness adjusting jig frame to adjust the straightness of the front crossbeam sea side section, the front crossbeam land side section and the rear crossbeam by taking the measurement datum point as a datum; s2, using a horizontal adjustment jig frame to adjust the front crossbeam sea side section, the front crossbeam land side section and the rear crossbeam to be horizontal by taking the measurement reference point as a reference; s3, rigidly fixing the front crossbeam seaside section, the front crossbeam landside section and the rear crossbeam; and S4, the gooseneck hinge point reamed hole and the first hinge point reamed hole are bored. According to the girder manufacturing method, the straightness adjusting jig frame and the horizontal adjusting jig frame are used for aligning the girder, and the assembling precision of the girder is effectively improved.
