The invention belongs to the technical field of wing folding and flattening mechanism driving design, and particularly relates to a wing folding and flattening mechanism driving system and a control method thereof.The wing folding and flattening mechanism driving system comprises a hydraulic electromagnetic valve, an actuator cylinder, a fusiform valve, a high-pressure gas cylinder, an air pressure electromagnetic valve, an inflation valve and an in-place switch; the hydraulic electromagnetic valve is connected with a hydraulic source through an oil inlet pipeline and an oil return pipeline and is connected with a rod cavity and a rodless cavity of the actuating cylinder through pipelines, a fusiform valve is arranged on the pipeline for connecting the rod cavity and the rodless cavity, and a piston rod of the actuating cylinder is connected with the wing folding and flattening mechanism; the two fusiform valves are connected with a high-pressure gas cylinder through pipelines, and a gas pressure electromagnetic valve is arranged on the pipeline through which the two fusiform valves are connected with the high-pressure gas cylinder; the inflation valve is connected with a high-pressure gas cylinder through a pipeline and connected with a high-pressure gas source. The two in-place switches are connected to a cylinder body of the actuating cylinder and used for detecting whether the wings are folded and flattened in place or not.
