The invention discloses a photovoltaic panel transportation device and unloading method based on an unmanned aerial vehicle, the transportation device comprises a load-bearing clamping piece, a first rope, a second rope, a third rope and an unloading structure, the load-bearing clamping piece is connected with the first rope, the third rope is connected with the first rope and the second rope, and the unloading structure is connected with the load-bearing clamping piece. The unloading structure is connected with the first rope and the second rope through a fourth rope, and the unloading structure is connected with the unmanned aerial vehicle through a fifth rope. The unmanned aerial vehicle is connected with a second connecting piece through a rope, the second connecting piece and a third connecting piece are arranged on an unloading structure, the third connecting piece is connected with a photovoltaic panel fixing device through a fourth rope, the rope penetrates through a reserved rope hole channel of a clamping piece to be fixed to a retaining ring structure, and the tail end of the retaining ring structure is connected with a sixth connecting piece. The opening and closing end of the retaining ring structure is pressed down, the rope is unfastened, and the retaining ring structure is buckled after the photovoltaic panel is put in. The photovoltaic panel fixing device can solve and realize the problem of fixing the photovoltaic panel during air transportation, and is flexible to operate.

    本发明公开了一种基于无人机光伏板运输装置及卸载方法,所述运输装置包括承重卡件、第一绳索、第二绳索、第三绳索和卸载结构,所述承重卡件与第一绳索连接,所述第三绳索分别与第一绳索及第二绳索连接,所述卸载结构通过第四绳索分别与第一绳索及第二绳索连接,卸载结构通过第五绳索与无人机连接。无人机通过绳索连接第二连接件,第二连接件和第三连接件设置于卸载结构上,第三连接件通过第四绳索连接光伏板固定装置,绳索穿过卡件预留绳索孔道固定于扣环结构,扣环结构末端连接第六连接件,当需运输光伏板时,下压扣环结构启闭端,解开绳索,放入光伏板后,扣上扣环结构。该光伏板固定装置可解决和实现光伏板空中运输固定难题,操作灵活。
