The vibration reduction and collision prevention mechanism is matched with the first lateral sliding plate and the second lateral sliding plate to achieve lateral vibration reduction and collision prevention in the moving process of the superconducting magnet. Therefore, rigid body collision between the superconducting magnet and the ground module during transverse deviation can be prevented, the lateral impact load in the generation process can be relieved and attenuated, and the success rate of single emission is increased.
