The invention discloses a crane main beam hoisting structure, and relates to the technical field of crane maintenance. The crane girder hoisting structure comprises a special platform, and the platform is composed of a supporting frame, moving rollers, locking clamping rails, anti-skid clamping seats and the like. The supporting frame is welded by H-shaped steel frames and reinforced by channel steel diagonal bracings, and the strength of the supporting frame needs to meet the requirement for bearing the weight of the main trolley. According to the crane main beam hoisting structure, by adopting a hoisting mode that the main trolley is not hoisted away from the ground, the problems caused by insufficient working conditions that the main trolley cannot be hoisted due to low height of a plant beam and the width of the main trolley cannot be reserved due to insufficient movement distance of the crane are solved; the mode that the main trolley is placed on the platform is adopted, it is ensured that the main trolley can be stably and safely placed on the auxiliary beam, the mode that the main trolley is temporarily connected with the main beam is adopted, and the potential safety hazard that the main trolley shakes when the auxiliary beam frame moves is eliminated; and the feasibility and the safety that the main trolley is not lifted off to the ground are fundamentally ensured.

    本发明公开了一种起重机主梁吊装结构,涉及起重机检修技术领域。该起重机主梁吊装结构,包括专用平台,平台由支撑框架、移动滚轮、锁定卡轨、防滑卡座等组成;支撑框架由H型钢框架焊接,槽钢斜拉撑加固,其强度需满足承载主小车重量要求。该起重机主梁吊装结构,通过采用主小车不吊离落地的吊装方式,解决了厂房梁高度偏低无法吊起主小车、起重机移动距离不够无法让出主小车宽度等工况环境不足而产生的问题;采用主小车摆放平台的方式,确保主小车能平稳安全摆放在副梁上,采用主小车与主梁临时联接的方式,消除副梁框架移动时对主小车产生晃动的安全隐患;从根本上保证主小车不吊离落地的可行性及安全性。
