The invention provides a hoisting method for a front girder of a quay crane. The hoisting method comprises the step of installing a hoisting hanger, a rotary supporting hanger and an anti-string hanger on the front girder. And a rotary supporting auxiliary suspension fitting matched with the rotary supporting suspension fitting is mounted on a rear girder of the quay crane. And an anti-string auxiliary suspension fitting matched with the anti-string suspension fitting is mounted on a connection cross beam of the quay crane. And connecting the rotary supporting hanger with the rotary supporting auxiliary hanger, and connecting the anti-string hanger with the anti-string auxiliary hanger. And connecting a lifting hook of the floating crane and a hoisting hanger of the front girder, and lifting the front girder by using the lifting hook. And when the front girder is separated from the cargo ship, the connection between the rotary bearing hanging weights and the rotary bearing auxiliary hanging weights and the connection between the anti-string hanging weights and the anti-string auxiliary hanging weights are disconnected. And the front girder is integrally hoisted to a designated position, and the hoisting hanger and the hoisting hook are disconnected. According to the hoisting method, movement in all directions generated in the hoisting process of the front crossbeam can be reduced.

    本发明提供一种岸桥前大梁的吊装方法,包括:在前大梁安装起吊吊码、旋转支承吊码以及防串吊码。在岸桥的后大梁安装和旋转支承吊码配合的旋转支承辅助吊码。在岸桥的联系横梁安装和防串吊码配合的防串辅助吊码。连接旋转支承吊码和旋转支承辅助吊码,连接防串吊码和防串辅助吊码。连接浮式起重机的吊钩和前大梁的起吊吊码,利用吊钩提升前大梁。当前大梁脱离货船时,断开旋转支承吊码和旋转支承辅助吊码的连接以及防串吊码和防串辅助吊码的连接。将前大梁整体吊移至指定位置,断开起吊吊码和吊钩的连接。上述吊装方法可以减少前大梁吊装过程中产生的各个方向的串动。
