The invention discloses an ML-based full-revolving thruster driving shaft service life and lightweight design method, which comprises the following steps: (1) obtaining the service life and weight of a full-revolving thruster driving shaft through geometric modeling, statics analysis and fatigue analysis simulation, and establishing a mathematical model; (2) generating an optimization population in the multi-dimensional design space; (3) constructing an evolution starting point set based on an optimized population simulation result distribution state, and designing a two-step progressive evolution operation to generate candidate offspring individual vectors; (4) inner layer evolution is designed to accelerate the optimization speed, and a Chebyshev aggregation function is adopted for screening; (5) performing simulation evaluation on the screened optimal candidate offspring individual vector, and updating the accurate population; and (6) updating the optimized population, and returning to the step (3) until the optimized structure meets the design requirements. According to the method, efficient solving can be carried out on the service life and lightweight optimization design problem of the driving shaft structure of the full-revolving thruster.

    本发明公开了基于ML的全回转推进器驱动轴服役寿命与轻量化设计方法,包括:(1)通过几何建模、静力学分析与疲劳分析仿真,获得全回转推进器驱动轴的服役寿命与重量,建立数学模型;(2)在多维设计空间内生成优化种群;(3)基于优化种群仿真结果分布状态构建进化起点集,设计两步渐进式进化操作生成候选子代个体向量;(4)设计内层进化加快优化速度,采用切比雪夫聚合函数进行筛选;(5)对筛选出的最优候选子代个体向量进行仿真评估,更新精确种群;(6)对优化种群进行更新,返回步骤(3),直至优化结构满足设计要求。本发明能够针对全回转推进器驱动轴结构服役寿命与轻量化优化设计问题进行高效求解。
