The invention relates to an underwater resistance adjusting assembly, a towed linear array and detection equipment. The underwater resistance adjusting assembly comprises a shell part, an adjusting wing and a driving part. The shell part comprises a containing cavity, a first end and a second end, wherein the first end and the second end are oppositely arranged in the axial direction. The adjusting wing comprises a free end and a pivoting end; the pivoting end is arranged at the second end, so that the adjusting wing is pivotally connected with the shell part; the driving part is arranged in the accommodating cavity; the driving part is connected with the adjusting wing so as to drive the adjusting wing to rotate around the pivoting end and change the distance between the free end and the shell part; the adjusting wing comprises a working state and a folded state; when the adjusting wing is in the working state, the free end is far away from the shell part; and when in the folded state, the free end is close to the shell part and is close to the first end compared with the pivoting end.
