The method comprises the steps that an assembling area is obtained and arranged at the front edge of a wharf; a jig frame structure is arranged in the assembling area; a preliminary support structure is formed at the top end of the jig frame structure, and the preliminary support structure comprises a plurality of lower chord members, a plurality of web members, a plurality of upper chord balls and a plurality of upper chord members; a purline structure is installed on the preliminary support structure; installing a photovoltaic panel on the purline structure to form a support structure; the support structure is hoisted through a hoisting device, a preset included angle is formed between the support structure and the sea level so that the support structure can be transferred to the transport ship, the support structure is fixed to the transport ship, and the preset included angle ranges from 10 degrees to 18 degrees; and the support structure is transported to the preset laying position through a transport ship, and the support structure is fixed to the preset laying position. The method can improve the construction reliability and construction efficiency of the support structure.
本公开提供了一种海上光伏大跨度光伏支架流水施工方法,涉及海上光伏技术领域。该方法包括:获取拼装区域,拼装区域设置于码头前沿;在拼装区域内布设胎架结构;在胎架结构的顶端形成初步支架结构,初步支架结构包括多个下弦杆、多个腹杆、多个上弦球以及多个上弦杆;在初步支架结构上安装檩条结构;在檩条结构上安装光伏板,以形成支架结构;利用起吊装置对支架结构进行吊装,使支架结构与海平面具有预设夹角,以将支架结构移送至运输船上,并在运输船上固定支架结构,其中,预设夹角为10°~18°;利用运输船将支架结构运输至预设铺设位置,并将支架结构固定于预设铺设位置处。该方法可以提高支架结构的施工可靠性和施工效率。
