The invention relates to a high-voltage power supply low-voltage communication multi-loop decoupling power battery system and a method thereof, which are suitable for a multi-loop power supply new energy commercial vehicle. The power battery system comprises a high-voltage power supply loop formed by connecting a battery pack first loop, a battery pack second loop and a battery pack third loop in parallel; the BMS is connected in parallel with the low-voltage communication line I, the low-voltage communication line II and the low-voltage communication line III to form a low-voltage communication loop; and the high-voltage box has the functions of high-voltage sampling insulation monitoring, high-voltage power supply distribution, safety protection and current detection. The advantages of multiple loops of a new energy commercial vehicle power battery system are utilized to decouple hardware of the high-voltage loops and the low-voltage loops, and mutual influence is avoided; wherein after one loop breaks down, the other loops can work normally, and emergency use of the vehicle is not affected.

    本发明涉及一种高压供电低压通讯多回路解耦的动力电池系统及其方法,适用于多回路供电的新能源商用车。该动力电池系统由电池组第一回路、电池组第二回路、电池组第三回路并联连接的高压供电回路;BMS与低压通讯线路一、低压通讯线路二、低压通讯线路三并联连接构成的低压通讯回路;以及包含高压采样绝缘监测、高压供电分配、安全防护、电流检测功能的高压盒构成。利用新能源商用车动力电池系统多回路的优势,将高低压各回路硬件解耦,避免相互影响;其中某一回路发生故障后,其余回路可正常工作,不影响车辆的应急使用。
