The invention provides a high-voltage loop control method and system for lithium battery power supply of a shield tractor, and belongs to the technical field of lithium battery systems. The method comprises the following steps: judging whether a vehicle-mounted lithium battery enters a charging state or not; when the vehicle-mounted lithium battery enters the charging state, the corresponding charging relay is turned on, and the vehicle-mounted lithium battery is charged; in the process of charging the lithium battery, the temperature of the vehicle-mounted lithium battery is monitored, and a corresponding lithium battery heating strategy is selected according to the monitored temperature; and when the charging ending condition is met, ending the charging of the vehicle-mounted lithium battery. Through the charging strategy of low-voltage floating charging, the heating strategy of charging heat preservation and the heating strategy of discharging preheating, it is guaranteed that the battery cell is in the optimal state in the using process of the lithium battery, stable operation of the lithium battery system is guaranteed, and the service life of the lithium battery is prolonged.

    本发明提供一种用于盾构牵引车锂电池供电的高压回路控制方法及系统,属于锂电池系统技术领域。该方法包括:判断车载锂电池是否进入充电状态;在车载锂电池进入充电状态时,打开对应充电继电器,对车载锂电池进行充电;在对锂电池进行充电的过程中,监测车载锂电池的温度,并根据所监测的温度,选择对应的锂电池加热策略;当满足充电结束条件时,结束对车载锂电池的充电。本发明通过低压浮充的充电策略、充电保温的加热策略和放电预热的加热策略保证锂电池在使用过程中,电芯处于最佳状态,保证了锂电池系统运行的稳定,延长了锂电池的使用寿命。
