The method comprises the following steps: S1, determining a lift coefficient of landing and grounding of an aircraft in a non-power lift augmentation state corresponding to a use angle of attack and a lift coefficient of landing and grounding of the aircraft in a lift augmentation state; s2, calculating an initial thrust value of the engine; s3, forming a plurality of selectable engine thrust within a specified range near the initial value of the engine thrust; s4, calculating a grounding speed corresponding to each selectable engine thrust; s5, calculating a grounding track angle corresponding to each selectable engine thrust; and S6, determining the engine thrust range of the grounding speed and the grounding track angle meeting the set requirements in an interpolation calculation mode. According to the method, the thrust control precision of the landing grounding engine of the lower surface blowing flap power high-lift transport plane is improved, and the flight safety is ensured.
