The invention belongs to the technical field of flight control, and particularly relates to a method and a device for determining landing characteristic parameters of a transport plane, which are applied to a lower surface blowing flap dynamic high-lift transport plane. The method comprises the following steps: S1, determining a use angle of attack of entering a field in a non-power lift augmentation state; s2, determining an initial value of engine thrust required for landing into a place in a lift augmentation state; s3, forming a plurality of selectable engine thrust within a specified range near the initial value of the engine thrust; s4, calculating a lift augmentation state approach speed corresponding to each selectable engine thrust; s5, determining the minimum speed of entering the field in the lift augmentation state; s6, determining an approach glide track angle corresponding to each selectable engine thrust; s7, the engine thrust meeting the set requirement is determined; and step S8, determining landing characteristic parameters. According to the method, the approach flight control precision of the lower surface blowing flap power lift augmentation transport plane is improved, and the flight safety is ensured.
