    本发明属于煤矿机械技术领域,公开了一种煤矿辅助运输用单轨吊落车扶正装置及扶正方法,扶正装置包括设置于地面轨道内侧的固定板,横移导轨、横移框架、随动机构、纵移导轨和两个推杆;横移导轨开设于固定板上,横移导轨的方向与地面轨道的方向平行;横移框架与横移导轨滑动连接,随动机构可升降地设置于横移框架内;纵移导轨设置于随动机构的顶部,纵移导轨的方向与地面轨道的方向垂直;两个推杆分别垂直设置于纵移导轨的两端,两个推杆均可沿纵移导轨滑动;推杆距离纵移导轨中心的设计行程等于矿车左右车轮内侧间距的一半。本发明可代替人工对矿车下落的推拉扶正,实现了快速高效的矿车落车扶正,大大提高了单轨吊落车的运输效率和安全性。
