According to the method, global dynamic lane optimization is realized through a multi-source perception fusion and hierarchical reinforcement learning architecture, simulation data shows that the morning peak traffic volume is improved by 29.3%, and the accident scene traffic efficiency is improved by 28.6%; a digital twinning and causal inference engine is adopted, the strategy updating response time is shortened to 30 seconds, and the congestion propagation distance is reduced by 35%.
