    本发明属于海底设备清洁维护领域,涉及一种基于阵列电磁的桩基爬壁清洗装置,包括分设于清洗装置两端的两个永磁履带驱动机构,其包括安装架、固接在安装架上的轴承座、以及永磁履带,轴承座上固定安装有与永磁履带相匹配的履带轮,永磁履带由永磁铁条组成;电磁阵列模块和柔性毛刷辊设于两个永磁履带驱动机构之间,电磁阵列模块由多个跑道型结构的电磁线圈组成;柔性毛刷辊的辊轴两端与永磁履带驱动机构转动连接,辊轴采用柔性材料制成。本发明装置能够实现适应不同形状和复杂表面的桩基清洗,高效、安全地完成海底桩基表面的附着生物或生物污染物的清洗作业,有利于维护设备的安全性,实现了无人清洗,节约人力成本的同时也保障了操作安全性。
