The invention relates to the technical field of crack measurement, and discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle-based bridge crack automatic detection system, which comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle and a collector arranged at the unmanned aerial vehicle, and further comprises a trajectory planning module for planning a surrounding flight trajectory of the unmanned aerial vehicle around a bridge ground pile, the track planning module sets tracks including spiral tracks and extension tracks, a starting target platform is arranged at the starting point of the bottom end of each spiral track, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is enabled to complement each other along the collection track surfaces formed by the spiral tracks to form a complete crack collection area or a crack collection area with an overlapping area; in order to reduce the safety risk, improve the detection frequency, utilize the extension characteristic of the crack, improve the detection frequency and reduce the time length of a single detection process by adopting the form of coarse pitch, multi-track route and single-track detection, the high-frequency detection has the advantages that the detection blank period can be shortened, the safety risk can be reduced, and the high-frequency detection can be easily extended to a single spiral track; therefore, the gap problem can be found timely.

    本发明涉及裂缝测量技术领域,本发明公开了基于无人机的桥梁裂缝自动检测系统,包括无人机和设置在所述无人机处的采集器,还包括规划所述无人机围绕桥梁地桩环绕飞行轨迹的轨迹规划模块,所述轨迹规划模块设定轨迹包括螺旋轨道、延伸轨道,每个所述螺旋轨道的底端起点设置有启动目标平台,使所述无人机沿所述螺旋轨道形成的采集轨迹面相互补充形成完整或具有重叠区域的裂缝采集区;为了降低安全风险,提高检测频率,利用裂缝的延伸特性,采用大螺距、多轨道路线、单轨道检测的形式提高检测频率,降低单次检测工序时长,高频检测的好处在于能够缩短检测空白期减少安全风险,很容易延伸至单条螺旋轨道处,从而及时发现缝隙问题。
