The invention relates to a vehicle suspension height adjusting method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium, the method is applied to a suspension controller of the vehicle, the suspension controller comprises a temperature collecting module and an adjusting module, and the adjusting module is used for adjusting the height of a vehicle suspension. The method comprises the steps that the current temperature value, collected by a temperature collecting module, of the adjusting module is acquired; comparing the current temperature value with a preset temperature threshold value to obtain a comparison result; determining the current adjustment progress of adjusting the vehicle suspension, wherein the adjustment progress comprises adjustment and adjustment completion; and according to the comparison result and the adjustment progress, determining an adjustment mode to adjust the current height gear of the vehicle suspension. Therefore, the requirement for height adjustment of the vehicle suspension can be met, and the safety and stability of vehicle driving are improved.
