The invention provides a power assembly, a distributed power assembly and an electric motor.The power assembly comprises a motor, a speed reducer and a speed reducer end plate, an input shaft of the speed reducer is used for being in transmission connection with a motor shaft of the motor, the speed reducer end plate comprises a groove and a protrusion which are integrally formed in a die-casting mode, and the groove is used for containing a speed reducer bearing; the inner ring of the reducer bearing is used for being fixedly connected with the outer circumferential face of the input shaft. The protrusion extends from the groove bottom of the groove to the motor shaft, and the protrusion comprises a cooling liquid channel. The input shaft comprises a shaft cavity and penetrates through the input shaft along the shaft cavity of the motor shaft, the shaft cavity of the input shaft is used for containing one end of the motor shaft and one end of the protrusion, and an internal flow channel at one end of the motor shaft is used for being communicated with the cooling liquid channel of the protrusion. The input shaft is multifunctional, so that the power assembly is compact in structure, the protrusions and the grooves are integrally formed in a die-casting mode, the reliability of the power assembly structure is improved, the protrusions integrally formed in the die-casting mode are further beneficial to reducing the circulation resistance of cooling oil, and the cooling and lubricating effect is improved.
本申请提供一种动力总成、分布式动力总成及电动车,动力总成包括电机、减速器及减速器端板,减速器的输入轴用于传动连接电机的电机轴,减速器端板包括一体压铸形成的凹槽和凸起,其中,凹槽用于容纳减速器轴承,减速器轴承的内圈用于固定连接输入轴的外周面。凸起从凹槽的槽底朝向电机轴延伸,凸起包括冷却液通道。输入轴包括轴腔,沿电机轴向轴腔贯穿输入轴,输入轴的轴腔用于容纳电机轴的一端和凸起的一端,电机轴的一端的内部流道用于连通凸起的冷却液通道。本申请中输入轴多功能复用,使得动力总成结构紧凑,凸起与凹槽一体压铸成型,提升动力总成结构可靠性,一体压铸成型的凸起还有利于减小冷却油的流通阻力,提升冷却润滑效果。
