The hoisting device is composed of the movable pulley block, the upper connecting beam, the distribution beam, the lower connecting beam, the cross beam, the rotation driving mechanism, the transfer beam and the distribution adjusting beam, by arranging the rotation driving mechanism, a speed reducer rotates to drive a large gear to rotate in the using process, rotation of a hoisting rod is achieved, and a hoisting beam section can be rotated by 360 degrees in the air; after rotating by 90 degrees, the steel truss girder section to be installed can be transported to pass through the upper portion of the installed girder section, after the cable hoist is hoisted to the position to be installed, rotating is conducted again, and the plane angle of the girder section is adjusted to be in butt joint with the installed girder section.
本发明公开了一种钢桁梁节段吊装旋转吊具,包括有横梁,横梁两端各经一根下连接梁与位于其上方、且沿纵向设置的分配梁中部连接,每根分配梁两端各经一根上连接梁与一个位于其上方的动滑轮组连接,横梁中部还经一个旋转驱动机构与位于其下方的转换梁连接,转换梁上连接有多个分配调整梁,分配调整梁上连接有吊绳。本发明由动滑轮组、上连接梁、分配梁、下连接梁、横梁、旋转驱动机构、转换梁、分配调整梁组成,通过设有旋转驱动机构,使用过程中减速机转动带动大齿轮转动,实现吊杆转动,可将吊装梁段空中旋转360°,待安装钢桁梁节段转体90°后可从已安装梁段上方运输通过,缆索吊装起吊走行至待安装位置后,再次转体,调整梁段平面角度与已安装梁段对接。
