The invention discloses a lifting appliance for mounting a bridge floor steel bottom plate between steel truss girder sections of a plate-truss structure and a construction process. Characterized in that; the lifting appliance is composed of a main beam, a connecting plate, supporting legs, inclined struts, walking wheels, rails and lifting lugs. The rated lifting weight of the device is 5 t. The lower ends of the supporting legs are provided with walking wheels and arranged on a rail, the upper ends of the inclined struts are connected with a connecting plate at the lower end of the main beam, and the lower ends of the inclined struts are fixed to the corresponding supporting legs. The mounting efficiency and precision of the steel bottom plate between the steel truss girder sections are improved through the movable bridge floor steel bottom plate mounting lifting appliance. The method has the following beneficial effects that (1) the bridge deck slab is integrally and rapidly installed, and the installation efficiency of the bridge deck slab is improved; (2) the construction safety risk on the steel truss girder is reduced through the quick installation of the bridge deck slab; the support is simple in structure, easy to machine and convenient to operate.

    本发明公开一种板桁结构钢桁梁节段间桥面钢底板安装吊具及施工工艺;其特征在于;该吊具由主梁、连接板、支腿、斜撑、行走轮、轨道、吊耳组成,本装置额定吊重5t;主梁下固定有吊耳,支腿下端安装行走轮并置于轨道上,斜撑上端与主梁下端的连接板连接,斜撑的下端与对应支腿固定。通过移动式桥面钢底板安装吊具解决钢桁梁节段间钢底板安装效率和精度。本发明具有如下的有益效果:(1)桥面板整体快速安装提高桥面板安装效率;(2)桥面板的快速安装降低了钢桁梁上施工安全风险;(3)支架结构简单加工简单,操作方便。
